Park Information
In order for homeowners to access the park facility, a park card is needed. Please see below for additional information regarding the park cards.

- 1st card is free to existing homeowners who have never received one with a signed waiver.

  • A replacement/ additional cards will be $15.00 
  • Limit 3 cards per household
  • To request a pool card, please submit your request with completed waiver to poolwaivers@damctx.com  
*All park cards are Payable to the Association (Crown Meadows)

*All park cards will be activated within ONE business day

 

Park Hours of Operation:
Sunday-Thursday 7am-9pm
Friday-Saturday 7am-10pm 
 
 

Park Reservations

Crown Meadows Park can be reserved year round with the completion of a Clubhouse Reservation Form, and submission of the refundable cleaning deposit ($150) and non-refundable usage fee ($75).
